We have installed a state-of-the-art Devialet sound system, filling the room with ambient music curated by our instructors and different international artists. Here, we believe the better you feel in your environment, the better your workout will be.

Curated from the ground up, our space marries the classic elegance of Parisian architecture with a refined, minimalist aesthetic. Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and pristine white walls are illuminated by the natural daylight that floods the 1st arrondissement. It is a gallery where your workout is the masterpiece.

The DREAM

Dream Seven is born from a unique journey, a convergence of two worlds. From the relentless pursuit of perfection as an athlete to the artistic eye of an international fashion photographer, our founder has translated a life of discipline and creativity into a new form of expression. The name itself is a tribute to this path. The Virginia area code 757 and the Paris city code 75 share a quiet connection, a missing '7' that felt like a divine sign. Through a twist of numerology, the letters of our name also sum to the number seven—a symbol of destiny and spiritual discovery. This studio is the culmination of that path, an invitation to everyone to find their own personal number seven.
